STM Fiber provides turnkey design, engineering, construction, project management and operation and maintenance services for broadband network solutions in emerging markets and developing countries. STM Fiber has heavily invested in specialized equipment and tools to meet the needs and demand of leading clients for outside plant construction and deployment of buried DHPE conduits, as well as microfiber in metro areas. We bring a proven track record in efficiency, safety, quality control, security and timeliness to each project execution with our trenching machinery and air blown fiber systems. Our suite of last mile technologies enables the end user to bridge the digital divide providing virtually unlimited bandwidth. Our suite of Gigabit-capable Passive Optical Network (GPON) Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) technology enables advanced high-speed broadband services to be derived from the long haul networks we construct for our clients.

We also design, install, operate and lease fiber circuits in certain markets in partnership with private and public authorities. With the revolution of digital technology forcing innovation too fast for end users or service providers to respond to, we lower the risk barriers by investing in infrastructure that can be used by our customers. Africa Focus

STM has placed a particular emphasis on deployment of Fiber in Africa.  As a last frontier market mostly dominated by mobile and satellite communications, there is tremendous growth potential for providing high quality broadband connectivity to corporate and government customers, and enabling services such as IPTV, high speed internet access, and voice over IP.
